Become a Member of the Lassen Association of Realtors®

To join, please submit your completed LAOR Membership Application, signed by your responsible broker, a copy of your California Department of Real Estate license, your photo ID, and the required dues payment. Applications can be mailed, e-mailed, or hand-delivered to our office in Susanville, California.

Please note that LAOR membership does not automatically provide access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The LAOR participates in an independent MLS, a cooperative where real estate brokers share data on listed properties.

To join the Lassen MLS, any California-licensed real estate broker, agent, or appraiser can submit an application. For more information, contact our member services.

You can also apply for an affiliate membership, with or without MLS access. After joining LAOR, you will be required to attend a new member orientation, which can be completed either in a live class or online. We look forward to welcoming you to our community of professional real estate practitioners.
